Per aquesta ra\u00f3 us portem, de forma simplificada, la informaci\u00f3 necess\u00e0ria per a aconseguir les ajudes del nou Pla d&#8217;Habitatge 2018-2021.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_ATENT_El_termini_de_sol%C2%B7licitud_nomes_dura_dos_mesos\"><\/span><strong>\u00a0ATENT! El termini de sol\u00b7licitud nom\u00e9s dura dos mesos<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Existeixen ajudes per a a realitzar projectes que afavorisquen la mobilitat en el teu edifici. Aquests poden ser:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Salva escales i rampes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 d&#8217;ascensors i elevadors en zones comunes<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Elements que trenquen les barreres arquitect\u00f2niques que el teu edifici planteja a persones discapacitades o d&#8217;edat avan\u00e7ada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"_Ajudes_de_fins_a_6000E\"><\/span><strong>\u00a0Ajudes de fins a 6.000\u20ac<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Pots beneficiar-te de les ajudes si eres:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Propietari d&#8217;habitatge unifamiliar, ja siguen urbana o rural.<\/li>\n<li>Una comunitat de propietaris<\/li>\n<li>Una cooperativa d&#8217;edificis d&#8217;habitatges.<\/li>\n<li>Una empresa constructora o arrendat\u00e0ria concession\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Existeixen diversos requisits a complir per a aquells edificis que vagen a sol\u00b7licitar les ajudes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Han de ser habitatges finalitzats abans de 1996.<\/li>\n<li>Un 70% (almenys) de la seua superf\u00edcie ha de tindre \u00fas residencial.<\/li>\n<li>Almenys el 50% dels habitatges de l&#8217;edifici han de constituir domicili habitual.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Per a accedir a les subvencions del nou Pla d&#8217;Habitatge, \u00e9s necessari aportar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>L&#8217;informe d&#8217;Avaluaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Edifici, avalat per un t\u00e8cnic (aquest informe tamb\u00e9 pot ser subvencionat).<\/li>\n<li>Un pressupost de les actuacions a realitzar i un projecte d&#8217;aquestes, certificat per un t\u00e8cnic.<\/li>\n<li>L&#8217;acta de la comunitat en la qual s&#8217;accepten els canvis per part dels ve\u00efns.<\/li>\n<li>El certificat d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3 que pots aconseguir en tu ajuntament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tamb\u00e9 podem ajudar-te amb aix\u00f2.
