Basic Contract
- Inspections, preventive maintenance, and general obligations of the maintainer according to applicable regulations.
- Technical advice on the lift equipment.
- “Carbonell CONNECT” service: telephone support for receiving breakdowns from 8 am to 7 pm, Monday to Sunday.
- Technical assistance for breakdowns during working hours from 8 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm, on weekdays and non-holiday Saturdays.
- Public Liability Insurance Policy of €3,000,000.
- Intelligent maintenance management: our own software that uniquely identifies each lift, recognizes real-time breakdowns, identifies the necessary spare parts, and dispatches the nearest technician to minimize downtime.
- Quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention audits.
- Annual reports on the condition of the installation and service history.
Basic Plus Contract
- Same coverage as the Basic Contract
- €100 discount on each repair invoice.
Repair Contract
- Same coverage as the Basic Contract
- Repairs of the most common elements of the installation (malfunctions caused by the operation of the installation, not by misuse, water leaks, or power surges)
- Presence in official periodic inspections providing assistance to regulatory bodies.
Repair Contract Plus
- Same coverage as the Basic Contract
- Repairs, both of the most common elements and the main equipment, caused by the operation of the installation, not by misuse, water leaks, or power surges.
- Presence in official periodic inspections providing assistance to regulatory bodies.
24-Hour Service
- Immediate rescue of individuals 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Extended technical assistance hours: from 8am to 7pm on weekdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
24-Hour Service Plus
- Same coverage as the Basic 24h Service.
- Extended technical assistance hours for operational failure from 8pm to 8am the next day, 365 days a year.
- 24-hour collection of pit keys.
- Priority in attending to breakdowns during business hours.
Two-Way Communication Service
- Control and testing of the two-way communication system of the emergency telephone equipment installed in the elevators. These devices will make a test call every 3 days that must be received by a computer system and processed to generate notifications of incidents for installations where the system is not functioning properly.
- Includes labor for repairs of cabin telephones.
Two-Way Communication Service Plus
- Same coverage as the Control of Two-Way Communication Service.
- Includes labor and materials for repairs of cabin telephones.
Telephone Line Service
- Management of registration, connection, and installation of mobile phone line (GSM module cost borne by the client)
- Test and emergency calls included.
- Incidents handled by the maintenance company itself, without the need to contact the mobile line provider.
- Line protected against sabotage and misuse (only emergency phones indicated can be called)
- Includes labor for repairs of the GSM module.
Telephone Line Service Plus
- Same coverage as the Telephone Line Service.
- GSM rental.
- Includes labor and materials for GSM repairs.
LIFT MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Lift maintenance service is an important part of our day-to-day operations. Each of our installations has a specific maintenance plan based on its usage, traffic, type, and year of manufacture to ensure safety and proper functioning. We not only address any potential issues but also proactively prevent them.
Ascensores Carbonel provides a 24-hour, 365-day lift maintenance service, involving over 120 professionals and a fleet of 50 vehicles at present.
