Following the publication of Royal Decree 463/2020 of 14 March, according to which the Government of Spain declared the state of alarm to manage the crisis caused by Covid-19, we, Ascensores Carbonell, wish to communicate to all our clients that, as crucial operators of an essential service, we will continue to offer our service to guarantee the mobility of everbody.
This commitment to all those who have placed their trust in us does not prevent us from respecting the recommendations established by the Ministry of Health in each of our services to prevent the spread of the virus. Our technicians will continue to travel to buildings and neighbourhoods to guarantee a 24-hour maintenance, repair and rescue service. But we will prioritize teleworking whenever possible. In fact, our entire technical, commercial and administration department will be available for any query via email and telephone
Following the instructions sent by the Spanish Business Federation of Elevators (FEEDA), we want to call for calm and remember that we will continue to offer the best possible service to our customers. Guaranteeing the correct operation in elevator travel is a basic service for society, which even becomes critical in current circumstances.
Ensuring the service of vertical moving systems in crucial places such as hospitals, health centers, food establishments or public places is an essential commitment.
In order to continue providing this service, the collaboration of all the people who make up Ascensores Carbonell is essential and who now acquire an even more relevant role as guarantors of the safety and movement of all our customers. That is why, in addition to thanking them for their effort and dedication, we ask the owners and communities where our elevators are installed to take extreme health, hygiene and precautionary measures to guarantee the best conditions for both their users and our technicians when they have to move.
